Exactly - I could care less about the man's politics, doesn't matter to me if he supports Bush or was against the action....
A person's politics should NOT garner any respect from ANYONE. A person's ACTIONS should. Same for people like Bob Hope. I could care less about who he voted for and when. Its what he DID - his dedication to the troops and his efforts that made me respect him. In my book, Robin just earned a bunch of respect according to his actions.
