I primarily use merchant accounts for CC processing on my psychic sites, but I can tell you that the signups I do send through Epoch are off drastically! It's not the signup conversions that have changed, but rather the conversions from trial! The changes have caused conversions from trial to drop from over 50%, to around 35%.
Is anybody else experiencing the same thing w Epoch??? Or any other 3rd party processors, for that matter??? |
