Impossible, Serge! Gary has the money to screw up my life forever with many lawsuits if he felt the urge. Don't know what the cause of action would be since I have never done anything to warrant a lawsuit. I discovered Gary before I got into porn. I heard about his battle for his domain name, and I contacted him and wished him well.

To this day, I don't know whether Gary knows that confucy is Kimberly. When we spoke to each other, I was just Kim. When I kept running into KimmyKim, I realized that I couldn't use my name. It reminds me of the Screen Actors Guild. You cannot use your real name if it is being used by another actor.
