Blair is articulate, particularly for a lapdog. However, with debate skills honed in Parliament, most PMs are more articulate than American Presidents are.
I must say I laughed out loud over the comparison to Churchill; while the comparison is not quite as absurd as comparing Bush to Roosevelt (either), it's still a great stretch. Maybe if Roosevelt and Churchill had decided to invade Franco's Spain in response to attacks by the Axis, I could understand those comparisons.
