If I had an 18 year old daughter and she were as headstrong as I am, I doubt if I'd be able to talk her out of anything she wanted to pursue.
That said, I believe that knowledge is power, so I would sit her down and explain how this biz works...the advantages and pitfalls. My son has toyed with the idea of becoming a stunt cock; and, while I'm not thrilled with this choice of career, I would not stop him....I wouldn't be able to stop him, I don't think...if he were serious about this.
