Joe Francis and the "Girls Gone Wild" franchise will feature the call girl that was at the center of the Eliot Spitzer scandal in a sex tape that will now be released. Francis announced on Monday that he will release the provocative video footage of Ashley Dupré taken during Spring Break in 2003.

Francis released footage proving that Dupré had willingly volunteered to perform for the Girls Gone Wild cameras after providing both a verbal and written release. Because Dupré had offered false identification and lied about her age on camera, the company initially declined to publish the material. For some, legal issues are a "price of doing business". Now that the lawsuit has gone away, there is only the feds and their 2257 stuff to deal with. The risk / reward ratio (in Joe's head) shifted dramatically, especially if the girl has agreed to support them if challenged.
