I think thats more of a function of the processor or gateway that you use.

Yes, I had this SAME problem.
Some of us actually have our own Merchant accounts, and don't want to be at the mercy of a "processing company." I found one, but believe it or not, they no longer sell the product. My license is still good, but you can't buy it anymore. It was from a company called "uburst" An American company.
