Top lawyers 'to fight web porn'
Lawyers need expertise similar to the police, the CPS says

A network of specially trained lawyers is about to be unleashed on so-called cyber criminals across the UK.

The Crown Prosecution Service will reveal that it has established 110 specialist barristers with the skills to deal with complex hi-tech crime.

They will tackle cases involving child pornography on the web, computer hacking and identity fraud.

The move is designed to give barristers similar skills to the police and integrate evidence-collecting methods.

There is a big 'thing' going on here at present with regards to identity theft and indeed what is thrown away in the rubbish, especially with xmas approaching and the huge identity theft that happens around that time. The police unfortunately aren't that quick or web aware, they need to act faster and know exactly what is going on so they can jump faster on these sick cunts as do the lawyers. They certainly need to be more involved in the system.
