New Year’s Resolutions

Ryan · 02-26-2004

Has anyone actually stuck to them?

I quit smoking back in August and have not smoked since!

My actual new years resolution was to get into shape... I've gone on and off my workout routine about 10 times so far.

Hows everyone else doing?

Yeah I wanted to get to Tampa and to get in shape....

I would like to think it has not been broken, just moving slowly.

Cut expenses. Well I cut my cable bill.

More Sex. Well I am married now, so that has not happened.

Work Out. I have been working out with a trainer 3 times a week. No real weight loss yet, but I feel good, and added some muscle.

Make more $. Well I am working on that.

Well, I promised myself I wouldn't make any New Years resolutions this year.

And so far, I've still kept that promise.

I never make them. Self-improvement is something to work on all the time.

Brad,

How many calories a day are you eating?

I promised myself that I would be back in Amsterdam for this New Years Eve.

That will make it six times.
