Ok, fess up, do you click into threads that start with "Hi, I'm new" or "New hear" or any other similar introductory message from a newbie?

I usually do. I seldom respond to the ones that say something arrogant like "Welcome me" or simple one liners, but if they take the time to tell us a bit about their goals and who they are I do.

I try to at least glance at them and if they put a simple one liner in like Hammer mentions, then I try and challenge them by requesting more information about what they do/did/are interested in..
if they leave it hanging then they are not worth any further effort... it shows a lazy mind spaz |
