But this is new to me. What are these autosurf sites that offer 1500-2500 "free" hits to my site for signing up? Where is the scam? So far as I can see, they are banking on the fact that if I view some ad for 10 seconds or so, eventually, I am going to signup or buy something somewhere. What's the deal?

hahahahahahahaahahahahaha .....Seriously... I have no idea... It may be some sort of bar that basically reduces the desktop area available to your browser and shows ads in hopes that you buy is all I can figure... I have seen a couple of programs that pay according to how long you are surfing actively and sometimes related to how often you click on their advertisements. I don't know if those are still going around or not. I've seen a couple that causes your browser or any other window to maximize about 1 or 1-1/2 inches short of the height of your screen size and use that area for ads. This may be something similar... I really have no idea |

Ya...I signed up for it. All I noticed was about 15 extra pieces of spam in my inbox and the "1500 FREE" hits to my site were about as productive as a neutered dog.
Lesson learned.

Avoid them Nick. They're a PPC scam.
Somewhere down the line, someone is clicking on X number of links and getting paid 0.0001 cent per click they make. That's why your 1500 free hits are utter shite. |
