His newest cigarette scam is pretty much as low as i've seen anybody sink, in fact i watched the ftc railroad somebody not more than 3 months ago for the same kind of deception.

he's got this online cigarette site where it promises up and down cartons of brand name cigs for 15 bucks etc..etc.., http://onlinesmokecity.com/index_no.html (look at it, tell me that you arent led to believe that he is shipping you cigarettes at these prices.. free shipping, etc..etc..) so then when you join

when you go to purchase, you're sent to an epoch join form (im' really suprised that epoch is willing to process for this site) and the join form puts you into a 9 bucks a month recurring membership to their "club" plus two porn ezclick prechecks.

after you've paid, where do you get taken? a page that lists places where you can buy cigarettes at a discount.

between using walmarts logo, mcdonalds logo, 7-11 logo to sell his products and stealing from people who are concerned about a buck or two on a carton, he's sunk to new lows.

i'm disappointed. i thought pimpledog had what it took to go somewhere, but he's showing himself to just be an emotionally immature, small time scam artist.

mike, comparing this joker to python, babenet and r-n is hardly fair to python, babenet and r-n. they were at least pioneers in many senses. not just running nickle and dime operations out of their trailer.

will somebody who has the links or pdf's handy from the ftc vs harvey vaugh dba click 4 mail please post them here? my understanding is that the ftc took a million bucks in cash from him and they wanted his house and cars but texas is a state where cars and homes are protected. all he was doing was charging people for access to a list of secure credit card providers.

please dont make this about me, i run honest programs pimple. and i can sleep at night, then again the ftc doesnt have their eye on me.

the ftc doesnt have to be right to win. they just have to want your balls.
