I have been yakking with Shellee and she has indicated to me that she really wants the issues between her and you to be water under the bridge at this point.
I do not personally see how continuing these issues can possibly help you or your reputation. She will not be bringing the issue(s) up at all but fully reserves the right to defende herself if you guuys bring the issue up. You can show that you are professional and say ok or you can show that you really want the drama about this to continue. So the ball is in your court here.
