Who do I blow to get someone shitlisted?

Someone who offered their services on this forum has ripped me off. In fact, this is where I initially read about them.

So, how do I get them shitlisted so others don't lose hundreds of dollars on a writer who makes promises and lies through his teeth, then delivers nothing with one excuse after another?

Thanks -- they were here just yesterday so it's not like they aren't checking forums.

I'll be writing up a full post that will go on many, many forums to warn people about this scammer who gives a sob story to need the money up front and then delivers a few posts and keeps the rest of the money.

PS: Guess I don't need to stock up on Chap-Stick
