Company Formation - Where ?

dragonpower · 06-11-2010

OK, so i have been working online for quite a while and now want to venture into the adult industry... and would like to keep it very distant from my other business... for obvious reasons !

So now im looking into company formation options in places such as Antigua, BVI, etc....

I would like to get some advice from the Pro's here about there experience and any advice about setting up an offshore company for adult business.

Do you use nominee directors ?? how do things work ?

I understand the location should be payment processor friendly, ccbill etc..
