Refer me to a video digitizing and editing company

I'm looking for a company that can convert about 50 Hi8 and MiniDV tapes to the best quality digital format. If they can edit for DVD and downsize to MPEG, MOV and Realplayer format, that would be great too.

Anyone know of a good company? thanks for your input
