Even the big LL's aren't pulling anywhere close the traffic numbers they were just a couple of years ago. A major change in Google's algorithm about that time dropped many of them well down the rankings. IMO, it's unlikely to generate enough income to pay for someone else to work it.
Review sites are also a dime a dozen these days, so if you go that route you'll want to have a bit different angle than everyone else.
That said, LL's are a long term investment. I've only submitted a handful of free sites, a half-dozen or so back in '05, just to learn what it was all about. This five year old free site made a sale yesterday -
