Now I don't know about this Matrix content company. They seem to have a rather "invasive" form to fill out to see their product. But, on their form, they ask what urls you will be using their content on.
Are you saying they re-sell to webmasters, and you only want to sell to people with sites that will sell? rent? to end users?

You can sell it to any end-user you want to on any medium you want to. You just can't take the scene and resell it to others who in turn will sell it to end-users. You can sell it to end-users on DVD, membership website, floppy disk, whatever. Heck, you can buy it and put it on your tube site and give it away....as long as it's to end users.
I think we're on the same page. I'll take the blame for perhaps not splainin it goodly. :-)
