Ryan isnt very smart to begin with. But you cant blame him as his last legit job was night shift manager at McDonalds. He thinks he knows a lot about proxys and Ips and phone numbers when in reality he doesnt know shit.
But heres a gift. You are correct in the fact that he has a criminal record but not very gangsterish though.
