I can't speak for 'Puppy, but I know I take pretty short showers generally, and I ran out of hot water every morning.
For the amenities, the price is fairly steep, and the restaurants are not very good - to be as far away from everything on the Strip, there has to be some sort of compensatory something - a killer suite, great restaurants - something other than clubs that have rude staff.
