There appears to be any number voting with their feet, including some major posters. It is clear that it is driving a line down the middle, where people are taking sides. The one that surprises me the most is Shap, who in the last couple of years has gone from protective content producer to man with a copyright on "porn tube" or whatever who is willing to sue and support his fellow tube owners.
