I like that, it's about the fantasy and being connected to that fantasy. Remember Vanessa Del Rio, when she hit the scene she overwhelmed viewers, no one was nastier or sexier or seemed to be having more fun than Miss Vanessa, and she's a popular today and making out very well with her site and cam shows.
I'm a firm believer that people will always be willing to pay for what they want, and people are always going to want sex, albeit in this case from a viewers perspective. The past couple of years we've been mourning the slow death and closing of Tower Records, Virgin Records, bitching about 99 cent songs on iTunes. The minute Michael Jackson passed you couldn't get into a recored/cd store quick enough because of the crowds, and it didn't take the street vendors long to make the shirts and hats, etc. You've got to wonder how much $ was made in record sales during those two or so weeks...
I also believe there is a significant number of consumers out there who appreciate the feeling of getting what they pay for, problem is with the younger consumers they've come to expect visiting tubes sites as being the norm.
Forgive me if I'm sounding too optimistic, lol...
