Perhaps at GFY, they don't read the fine print. I have seen worse...some cam girl contracts which are outrageous.

Yup, my guess is i'm the only one that reads T&C BEFORE having work done.
Or maybe the young 'uns are too stupid to care about a traffic leak on each page or someone else owning part of their site.
