more shortsighted than the porn industry, because they don't even have enough sense to realize that they
created this whole "us versus them" mentality, where "them" is organized content providers and "us" is anyone who doesn't want to pay for high quality content....
Litigation just increases the hate. Give someone a reason (other than the barrel of a gun) to pay, and they'll pay.
