The entire value of Zango to companies like AFF was to allow them to lower their customer acqusition costs, and by using a third party like Zango to serve the ads, they too could say "we really didn't want to know".

AFF / Penthouse have to be feeling the heat now, they are the sole defendants left, and it looks like the Zango people are going to be more than willing to spill more and more of the beans.
