LOL... My favorite local BBQ place has beef brisket, pork, chicken and sausage. Get any one you want with your chosen sides, or mix and match.
I like to stop there for lunch and get their deluxe baked potato (Texas-sized of course) with all the usual toppings, plus chopped beef brisket and BBQ sauce.
