It is my opinion that the lifetime agreement would prevail over the TOS account termination clause. How can you make a lifetime agreement ever if at any point it can be terminated and not honored? I just did a little research and found there are cases related to lifetime commissions in the cellular telephone industry and the insurance industry that would apply in this case. I am not the judge but my opinion is one of a jury pool in this country and I would have to way on the side of the affiliate who actually sent the lifetime customer and deserves the commision on the rebill.
I actually believe you would win this case.

You know, It's also my understanding from reading the entire thread that now no longer exists, that VS changed the TOS from the time that affiliate signed up to the program and there action of stealing his money...
When I last had looked at the thread, it had somewhere around 20 Thousand views... So there is no hiding from it now...
