Some of you are talking about certain spouses being in the Adult Entertainment field so are therefore an open target of your abuse. I can see saying "I don't find your wife attractive" if someone posted a picture of their wife and asked what everyone thought. They are asking for an opinion. But when that wife isn't involved, and the only reason to post a picture and bring them into something is to try and belittle their partner, that is just wrong, plain and simple. It is truly a shameful act.

RCourt is talking about Moral Standards, well this doesn't have to do with moral standards, just common sense and a semblance of integrity.

No one here has ever seen me attack anyone's family members in any way, and on any board. If I am in an argument (or heated discussion) with someone, my beef is with them, not their family. I just don't understand how anyone can lower themselves to such an extent, and then trying to justify it with bullshit. It just has me shaking my head.

What I always find funny is that the people who talk shit behind the safety of their keyboard are the ones who will never say the same things to someone's face. I've always worked the opposite. I've kept my mouth shut, in public, about things, but love to bring it up to whoever it was when I run into them at a show. I guess I am from a different generation where we didn't say things unless we truly meant it, and were willing to back it up.


I also use these boards for business, as many do, and base who I may work with on how they conduct themselves. An example is GFY. Although I never bother posting there (just not cool enough), I will scan topics when I am looking for a designer or any other type of work. If I see someone talking shit to others, they will never get my business. Why? Because if they are willing to act like an asshole publicly, there is a good chance they will screw me in business.
