It was an old post yes, but it was on another forum, Netpond. Different forums can have different members.
When someone misrepresents my company by purposely and repeatedly confusing our name with that of another company who is involved in a lawsuit, it is my responsibility to my company to point it out.
Despite any "deal" I made with you here, it did not extend to ignoring that responsibility to my company on other forums, especially Netpond.
