Well, let's just follow this trail a bit.....
Yes, it's "sterilizable," in fact, you can put it in your dishwasher if you have a mind to. But you don't need to....the inner chamber is removable/replaceable. So each customer would just use their own "sleeve." (You could sell these at the counter.)
As for the Wi-fi part, that presents another challenge, but not an impossible one.
