If Excel Spreadsheets qualified as books they got to.
I know that everyone that was approached on this sale for 2 years was told. No access to bank accounts and no books.

I think Jason Tucker might have made the same mistake when he acquired Porn Kings . . . but then again werent those 2 companies intertwined to begin with?
I wish the guy good luck with it. If he paid more than 100K for it my guess is he will end up sorry....kinda like Jason Tucker.
