Obviously he wasn't very good at it, or I suspect he'd still have the weight. The one diet that I've found that works well for everyone is the "broke ass diet". Unfortuately, I've gotten spoiled by actually having money in the bank and being able to have luxuries in life like natural gas to run the hot water heater and furnace.
