We weren't planning on going, but a few weeks ago Carol and I talked about it, and said "Why not?", we needed a break from the routine. I call my travel guy to set things up, and then dig out the passports, only to find mine expired in October! The next day I check with the passport office and they said there was no way to get it done in that amount of time (expedited is 30 days). So, we won't be there.
It was actually a good thing I did check as we are going to be on our sailboat in the Caribbean in February and I would have been screwed.
