People ask why there's no death penalty in NY State. It's simple, because

said he had not been interrogated, however, what the detective didn't know
was that the suspect had an MP3 player on him and recorded the interrogation
which was presented at the trial to the shock of the prosecution.

In PA, he would have been shocked when he was arrested for violating the wiretap law.
