reflecting back to the senate hearing when crazy senator Ted eskimo read the riot act to the industry about "doing something, or THEY will," we can certainly point to her and say "See? We got something going on there......."

Sorta, kinda got the Govt off the back of the gaming industry... (Bit of a stretch as an example, but it's valid)

Its a joke and a con to shame this industry into contributing to an organization that does NOTHING but fancy themselves as a lobbyist group.

I will give them this... playing the kiddie porn card seems to have worked much better for them that the FSC and the fear of a 2257 inspection.

Of course they dont promise you anything for your money. So there is truth in advertising there!
