That argument is the folly of the young and inexperienced. Lots do know. Sometimes it is pretty obvious. And, of course, there are those who don't have a freeking clue. I have my own opinions of where you fit in the pecking order, but they are best left unsaid. BTW, I certainly prefer the Johnny Cash avatar.
