Oh no, sorry I didn't, I wasn't thinking about getting into any more debt, and the investment is just a drop in the hat for the type of real estate, investment Taxes on this type of property are thru the roof here in Florida, not including insurances are a bitch to get here without major down payments. Besides if I would do something like that, it would be something like a winghouse or a Starbucks, where I'd hire a bunch of college girls to serve coffee and stuff, while I drool all day checking them out and blaming it on to much coffee.
