The Titanic was a perfectly fine ship that was sunk by an extremely freak accident. No one could have predicted that the ship would ever hit a submerged iceberg that would breach several airtight chambers and make a ship that otherwise would have been nearly unsinkable, sink.
That doesn't change the fact that DRM is a very useful way to use P2P sites or to keep members from downloading all of a site's videos and watching them beyond the membership expiration. Just because a company may have pulled some shit on the people that used it doesn't make it any less interesting. I also said I thought it was an interesting idea several years ago at the time that he talked about it on my show, when it was a relatively new idea.
