What he said. I guess what I was on about is the fact that so many people who are doomed to be dismal failures but pontificate like playas, have gotta be newbies IMHO.
So, you give a new "newbie" a leg up and it pays off in spades if he/she succeeds, but listening to the advice of an "experienced" newbie is folly. I see so many bounce around before they crash and burn. Some flame out like the Challenger (don't mention the s word) but they were always newbies with nothing to add but added it with great confidence and panache. I think you need to sort out the shit from the Shinola when you listen to opinions. Especially on a business board.
