You could easily roll into the parking deck, walk in, grab a couple of huge Tumi's or Louis bags and walk right out with them. If there's nothing good in the bag, the bag itself will bring a couple of hundred on ebay.

i think what they are referring to is bags that people are carrying with them in the terminal while waiting...people steal them and head to the bathroom to wait until the people are gone
