Smith and Woll would be in my top 10. Peter Luger would be in my top 5 along with the likes of Berns and Delmonico.
Chops dress code is "upscale casual"...no jacket required, but they dont want you to look like a bum. Definitely no "PUSSY CASH" t-shirts.
