and although I personally do not like my pic taken while I am out or at a show, I never have a problem with JFK if I ask for it to be removed.
I am sure he was either gone or busy when you asked because no doubt he would have removed it as fast as he could.
He has no need to take peoples pics that do not want it, hell there are plenty of people begging and hamming it up just to get coverage.

Because he is there. BTW, JFK turned and pulled the trigger right in my face when I asked him not to take my picture and then posted it. So that is a non starter. I hate morons that wield cameras like a six gun. I have been in the photography business far too long to suffer that kind of shit. Fine if JFK works for you, but he was just another nasty jumped up motherfucker with a cheap camera to me. Anyway, hell this board needed a kick in the but.
