Seriously, I have mixed feelings on the issue. While I think that photo techs should report things like child abuse, rape and other crimes on film I don't think laws are needed to do that. Trying to install some sense of morals and a little education could go a long way.
With Mr. Hamaty mentioned in the article. I don't blame the photo tech for that one. I do blame the police for keeping the guy for 6 months. How long does it take to call a Lebanese friend and find out that it's a tradition to kiss a baby boy's penis?
