Yeah, but with as flaky as some of us programmers can be, and as a programming manager myself, I understand the "want" to keep things inhouse when possible.
I would probably drop a line on this one except that there is no way I can move east until the daughter is a little older (unless it was a GREAT offer like 25% increase or so which would put it into close to the mid six figure mark and I don't think AEBN is paying that much for programmers)
