Anyhow, got to Gold Strike along with HappyPeekers and Deeprub about the same time. This was actually first time I had managed to cross paths with them face to face.

I got checked in, the puppy suite was on the top floor with a view of the river:
The rest of the crew showed up later, we spent most of the remainder of the afternoon and evening drinking, eating, drinking, gambling, drinking, etc. Here's a view of the Gold Strike from outside....pardon the blur, but I'd been drinking, taking pics, drinking....
