Im glad you still enjoy the board. It took me awile to get a business plan in mind and I am still executing it little by little. People can whine all they want to about how this place is dead but you and I know that A LOT of people read this place and have never posted.
Something about having credibility I suppose.
And thats much more effective than my claim to fame of being fat.

I don't think this place is dead and apparently neither does Alexa. Its real traffic and interesting discussion. It is the best this board has ever been. It feels more like real business than all that smoke and mirrors bullshit that used to fly around here and many other boards. Most of us who have been around awhile and are good at it, can recognise crap for what it is. Some of us learned the hard way. Some harder than others. But this is a great and potentially profitable business and if anyone says they are getting out, MHO is that they are not doing well. Fuck this going mainstream shite. Isn't it funny how many "retire" to live off their "ginormous earnings and investments" only to return and try and regroup to see if they can keep up with those of us who stayed because we were earning money? I guess when they can't afford the country club anymore and the only Bentley they will ever see again is in a brochure and that damn pesky border just gets in the way, they gotta try something or their finger nails will break trying to hang on to the rope. It just cracks me up.
