When I was 16-18 I often fucked older women, sometimes as old as 35-38, that didn't make the women pedophiles, if I was 8, then yeah, they would have been, but depending on where you live you can have sex with 16 year olds and older and it still be legal
the real issue here is that he lied and used younger men that worked for him for sexual gratification
