Read it, over and over again and point out where NATS said they were shaving. If NR has issues with being accused as shavers, they have to go after the people who literally said it and brought it to that level. Good luck proving inferences in a court of law, especially with that original statement.
As for TMM, if they lose significant business over this (which I doubt), based upon false claims in the complaint and the fact it was published on big websites (the fact they made it sound like it was a cover up for faulty software - who knows if this is true), I would say they have a much better case as a counter-suit, but I don't think there is any money to collect. John and crew are very smart, and his statement is nothing but a set of facts.
