Jimmy Carter is one of the chief reasons we are in such a major war with islamic fascism. On Carter's watch Iran was allowed to be taken over by these fanatics, then he allowed our Citizens to be held hostage for over a year - then launched a doomed rescue mission that had no hope of success ( after he gutted funding to the military).

Carter is the worst President in the 20th Century, maybe ever. The funny thing is, he continues to pop up his head to blame America for all the worlds problems, while at same time coddling dictators like Fidel Castro.

Fortunately the appellete court will knock this ruling out. I imagine they will cite the lack of standing in court of the plantiffs, and dismiss thecase. Judges always look for easy ways out. So the merits of the case will not even be heard.
