It's people like you, Charles, who lead the authorities to believe we can't do it on our own.

That’s why most major industries have there own regulatory group/board. But until you make one up don’t go ahead and appoint yourself sheriff, judge, jury and executioner. Otherwise you’re only making a mockery of the american legal system.
